So, what about that boost the reconstruction is supposed to provide for the economy? Oh, yeah, business as usual, the boost is only for the investor class, of course. And given that most of the reconstruction is going to be conducted by cronies of the Bush admin, this is a big bone for them all righty. Bastards.
ON EDIT: Just to clairify, its bad and nasty, but its "below prevailing wages" that W is allowing. I'm not sure if it actually means they can go below minimum wages or not.
