Trip planning, continued

Okay, so it has come to my attention that there is an Ed's room event on the Friday that was sorta mentioned as a possible game night. I wonder if this is a conflict for folks? I now have Saturday free, camping has been put off till Sunday. So maybe that would work better? I also wonder if I'd be better off calling people, as that's probably what will happen anyway to finalize things... bleh. So simple, so complicated.

This trip has me a bit worried. I fully expect that I'm going to wind up sitting at my folks with nothing to do, having called all the numbers in my little blue book and finding folks busy or the phone numbers disconnected. In other words, a typical MN time. Only I will have traveled to experience it. Oh well. At least walking to the Royale to hang out with a book will be slightly novel instead of de rigeur. (whiney whiney whiney- I'll stop now)
