ilex_cassineI am drawing eight tree leaves for my botanical drawing class homework. They need to be eight different shapes. This time of year its slim pickins out there for leaves- they all seem to be ovate or oval or variations thereof. Or needles. Grr...
The DJ on WXYC played the Shags right before something off of Guns and Roses new album. I think a statement was made with that selection of songs, but I'm not sure what.
I always worry that the hubby is going to crash the car on rainy, maybe icy nights like this. I'll be happier when he gets home from his sound gig for an ragtime show in Hillsborough. I had been planning on joining him for that, but my head was bugging me earlier so I didn't. Maybe I should have. Oh well.
Tomorrow the weather forecast calls for "Ice pellets." Not snow, but ice pellets. Ice pellets? I think the new forecast for my plans tomorrow is "staying in."
