Cookies! Cookies! Cookies!

Okay, so the hubby is participating in a "holiday" cookie swap. Which means I'm making some damn cookies. A lot of damn cookies, 60 of two kinds. One of those will be peanut butter, because the hubby has expressed a preference (gasp! after so many times of ambushing him with potential cookie types, he finally expressed a preference!) for peanut butter. And they are cheap. I was thinking of hazelnut ice box cookies for the second one, but I'm starting to think that's too much work and a bit more expensive than I'd like. So now I'm back to molasses spice cookies, but not exactly enthused about it. I wish I had my spritz cookie apparatus was here and if it was I'd just make spritz cookies, but the spritzing doo-dad is up in MN with my mum. So, this brings me to a question: Does anyone have any good bulk cookie recipes they'd like to share with me?
