meeting with advisor...
Sep. 22nd, 2003 03:57 pmHad a meeting with my adviser. It went okay.
We set an arbitrary deadline for me. We both agreed that revising old drafts was getting me nowhere and I need to start fresh. So an outline is in order. In two weeks I should have one finished. I actually want to have one done by next week so that the writing group can review it.
Also, we are going to write the fellow I'm doing wood analysis for and ask for contexts so that I start analyzing what data I have. I also have permission from her to move the metallurgy scope up to the lab into Kandi's spot. But I need to talk to Steve about it first. Hopefully he'll be down with it.
I need to email Rusty. And get a hold of Elizabeth, who I hope is okay. I wonder if she has power. The data Rusty could provide is imperative. Plus, I think she may have some ideas on getting a hold of dendro data. Arrgh. I ran into Will today and forgot to ask him how the map of the mound turned out. We should get on that damn article.
